EAR ACUPUNCTURE

Ear acupuncture, or auriculotherapy, utilises a separate set of acupuncture points. The points are located on the auricle of the ear. They are needled to affect specific symptoms or health conditions. 

While ear acupuncture has a history in Chinese Medicine, it is increasingly used in Western medicine in other parts of the world. It is a technique employed by a number of doctors, nurses and dentists in Europe. It is also used by the military in the United States.

Ear acupuncture is used for:

• Pain relief

• Withdrawal symptoms (drug and alcohol)

• Trauma (PTSD)

• Sleep disorders

• Other symptoms and conditions affecting the nervous system
